Aberdeen Volks Centre Ltd has been established in Kingswells for over 15 years. We have always had the customer as our first priority and as such we strive to service and repair your vehicle to the highest of standards. We have built up a very loyal customer base with many of our customers being with us for 10 years and more. Most of our advertising has been down to word of mouth, which highlights the success of our business.

Our name "Volks Centre", reflects our main speciality which is the service and repair of all Volkswagen vehicles and light commercial vehicles. The Aberdeen Volks Centre can look after your vehicle at any level. Whether it is an annual service, a full service, or a diagnosis of an intermittent fault, we have specialist diagnostic equipment and a highly trained team who have never yet been faced with any job they have been unable to deal with.

We hope you will find this method of booking your vehicle in for a service or MOT an easy alternative to having to call the garage during your busy working day. Of course you can still call us to make a booking, but you can send us an email at any time with an idea of the time you would like to have your vehicle attended to and a description of the fault and/or service you require. This web site is in the early stages, so any suggestions from you, our customers as to how this could be improved or developed is more than welcome.

Due to increased running costs relating to fuel, insurance, and overheads Aberdeen Volks Centre now have to charge a small fee for the daily use of our courtesy vehicles. This charge goes directly towards the repairs and maintenance of the courtesy vehicles including road tax and servicing. We would be unable to continue to provide the small fleet of courtesy vehicles without this assistance. We would also ask our customers using our courtesy vehicles to think about the next customer and leave enough fuel in the tank. If there are no vehicles available, Aberdeen Volks Centre is situated near a good bus service. As a customer you will always be able to get to your next destination.

Aberdeen Volks Centre is open for business from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We are open on a Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Vehicles may be dropped off for repair and or servicing at any time. We would just ask you to label your vehicle keys with your registration number. MOT's are carried out from Monday to Friday on a Saturday an MOT may be carried out by special arrangement subject to availability

We are a small business, but have a fantastic, dedicated team. Neil or Maureen will take your calls and confirm your email bookings. Our highly trained mechanics and MOT specialists will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. The mechanics are vigilant and methodical in every procedure they have to attend to, and will make sure your vehicle is returned to you in good working order and not carrying the evidence of oil, or grime associated with a working garage.
